The Mawson Centre was officially opened in May 2005 and soon became a central hub for people living, working or studying in Mawson Lakes. Situate overlooking the magnificent Sir Douglas Mawson Lake, the Centre boasts an open, bright and airy space that encompasses University learning, Community learning, School learning, Aroma Cafe and Mawson Lakes Public Library.
